For quite a while this website has been a little quiet. However that doesn’t go to say in the least that Sobbayi Interactive is dying or dead for the matter. I can assure you that we are still here.

Anyway. We are undergoing some major restructuring here, incorporating new ideas into the project. We are planning a long-term shift in the solutions we do and will provide. I am not going to mention any of what we plan to do right away because it is classified information.

What I can probably point out here is that all is going on very well in the revamping of our services. With time we shall be releasing to the public bits and pieces here and there.

In line with that we naturally chose to start by releasing our next version of the website. Our current website (version 2.4). Has been running for just about 10 months. The version 2.x series was intended to run as is for about 1 year so you can see how we are overtaken by events. It was also not intended to be too customer related but it was viewed as a platform to publish articles and the stuff we are carrying out behind the scenes in the computer labs.

Our new website marked version 3.0 is now ready to be published. It shall be published on Monday, November 1, 2004. This site promises to come a little closer to the visitor in terms of the general feel of the site. We shall be adding other products on our Downloads page. In short we shall have a greater menu from which to choose from as far as downloads are concerned.

We have added a few other features that will generally bring in a more appealing website. Visitors will be able to search through the site content. There will be a blog you may now have an insight to our Chief Software Architect’s thoughts and ideas and just see how he comes up with stuff. There will also be white pages and more info into our projects and basically lots of documentation on various solutions. We also got rid of the quote form for two reasons. Basically it wasn’t being used much and secondly we feel we need to give the client more human attention.

Lets not forget that there is a stream of brand new articles just waiting to be sereved up. SO this is just a sneak preview of what to expect from the new website and there’s plenty more of it.
